Amir Khan revealed his pick for Fury vs Usyk rematch
Former junior welterweight world champion Amir Khan has shared his prediction for the upcoming rematch between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.
Details. According to the former world champion, his preference in the highly anticipated bout leans toward the "Gypsy King."
Quote. "Both fighters look ready. This is going to be a massive fight. I wish them both all the best. I’m leaning more toward Fury winning, but as I said, it’s going to be tough.
I just realized Fury is coming in at his heaviest weight ever. He’ll likely try to bully Usyk, which means Alexander will have to keep his foot on the pedal.
Yes, it’s easier said than done against Usyk because he corners you so well and hits you with those small punches. They may not be powerful, but they rack up damage," Khan told Seconds Out.
Reminder. Fury weighed in at 127.5 kg for this fight, almost 10 kg heavier than their first meeting.
Usyk and Fury will face off on Saturday, December 21, in Saudi Arabia. The undercard begins at 17:00 CET, with the main event between the Ukrainian and British fighters expected to start around midnight.
