The Moroccan winger believes in the Atlas Lions’ potential to go far in the tournament scheduled for this summer in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

In an interview with RMC Sport, Amine Adli expressed his optimism. He emphasised the quality of the Moroccan squad and the high expectations of the team.

With this squad and the quality of players Morocco has, we can certainly make a big impact in the competition. We aspire to achieve great things. The World Cup is a tournament everyone dreams of. The great players, the big stadiums, the top nations, the atmosphere.

Having missed the last Africa Cup of Nations, Amine Adli explains that this experience served as motivation for him to come back stronger. He is now eagerly awaiting the World Cup squad list.

I’d already missed out on the Africa Cup of Nations; that stung a bit, it pushed me to perform a little better and I was able to make it to the final squad. I’m eagerly awaiting the squad list and I hope to see my name on it. I know I could end up either happy or disappointed.
