Amazing. Murphy and Isak are the most effective player duo in the Premier League right now

Newcastle defeated Liverpool at Wembley in the English League Cup final. The Magpies secured a 2-1 victory, claiming their first trophy in England since 1955.

The first domestic trophy in 70 years for the black and whites was brought by the goals of Dan Burn and Alexander Isak.

Interestingly, Jacob Murphy has already assisted Isak eight times this season. That's more than any other duo from a Premier League team in all competitions at the moment.

Notably, this title became the 13th in Newcastle's history. The team has been crowned English champions four times, won the national Cup six times, lifted the country's Super Cup once, and also won the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup.
