On March 6, it was reported that Ronaldo had urgently left Saudi Arabia, allegedly due to an injury, but many believe that Cristiano's departure was directly related to the start of military actions by Iran.

This season, Ronaldo has played 26 matches for Al-Nassr, scoring 22 goals and providing 4 assists. His current contract with the Saudi giants runs until the summer of 2027.
