It seems increasingly likely that Liverpool’s star and top scorer, Mohamed Salah, will leave the club after the current season. One club is making concrete moves to secure his transfer.
Details: According to Ben Jacobs, Saudi club Al-Ittihad is currently the leading contender for Salah’s signature.
The Yellow-Blacks are pushing to finalize the transfer as quickly as possible to ensure the Egyptian forward can represent them at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, set to take place in the United States.
Salah is having an extraordinary season, registering 21 goals and 17 assists across 29 matches in all competitions.
Reminder: Reports earlier also linked Al-Ittihad with interest in Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong.
