Despite being Allison's understudy at Liverpool, Irish goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher has had his moments of fame attracted by other clubs.

According to Football Insider, the 25-year-old goalkeeper has attracted interest from Celtic, who would "love" to sign Kelleher. The personalisation of the new goalkeeper was thought about after Joe Hart announced the end of his career.

Kelleher attracted particular attention after the 1-0 League Cup final with Chelsea, in which he made several fine saves, most notably in the first half when he prevented Cole Palmer from taking a shot from close range.

Kelleher joined Liverpool's youth academy in 2015 and has since played 37 games for the Reds in all competitions, most of them in domestic cups.

The Irishman's contract with the Merseysiders runs until the end of the 2025/26 season, but he could well look to leave Liverpool if he continues to struggle for game time.
