The group line-ups for the ATP Finals in Turin have been set.
Details: The season-ending tournament will feature the world’s top eight tennis players. Among them are Grand Slam champions Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz. Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime remains the leading contender for the eighth spot, but Italian Lorenzo Musetti still has a chance to overtake him if he wins the ATP 250 tournament in Athens.
The draw has split the players into two groups:
- Jimmy Connors Group:
Carlos Alcaraz (Spain) – ranked 1st
Novak Djokovic (Serbia) – 4
Taylor Fritz (USA) – 5
Alex de Minaur (Australia) – 7 - Björn Borg Group:
Jannik Sinner (Italy) – 2
Alexander Zverev (Germany) – 3
Ben Shelton (USA) – 6
Felix Auger-Aliassime (Canada, 8) or 🇮🇹 Lorenzo Musetti (Italy, 9) – depending on the final ranking.
The tournament will be held from November 9 to 16 in Italy, with a prize pool of $15.5 million.
Reminder: Nick Kyrgios will face Aryna Sabalenka in the "Battle of the Sexes" match.
