Alan Shearer gives away daughter to England rugby star

Legendary English striker Alan Shearer returned from the 2026 World Cup final just in time to share one of the most important days of his family's life. The Premier League's all-time top scorer's daughter, Holly Shearer, has married England rugby international Joe Marchant.

Shearer shared photos from the celebration on social media. In the pictures, 31-year-old Holly and 30-year-old Marchant are seen signing the marriage certificate before receiving congratulations from family and friends.

After the official ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests headed to celebrate at the historic Royal Oak pub in Winchester. According to The Sun, this venue was founded as far back as 1002 and is considered one of England's oldest pubs.
