In the 28th round of the Saudi Pro League, Al-Nassr defeated Al-Fayha with a score of 3-1.

It was an unexpected start for the guests as Zambian forward Fashion Sakala found the net brilliantly on the left flank, shifted towards the center, and scored past goalkeeper David Ospina in just the sixth minute.

Towards the end of the first half, Al-Nassr had a chance to equalize, but Sadio Mané failed to convert a penalty.

The hosts managed to level the score only in the 72nd minute when Abdulella Al-Amri scored after a set-piece. This goal broke the guests' resistance, and just four minutes later, Sadio Mané made up for the missed penalty by beating goalkeeper Vladimir Stojković from close range. Former Liverpool and Bayern Munich forward then completed his brace in the 82nd minute.

It's worth noting that Cristiano Ronaldo missed this match due to suspension following a red card in the Saudi Super Cup semi-final against Al-Hilal.

This marks the fourth time this season that Al-Nassr has defeated Al-Fayha. In addition to the Pro League, these teams faced each other in the AFC Champions League Round of 16.

Saudi Pro League, 28th Round
Al-Nassr 3-1 Al-Fayha
Goals: Al-Amri 72', Mané 76', 82' - Sakala 6'
