Fulham are on the verge of signing Manchester City's rising star.
Details: According to journalist and insider Florian Plettenberg via his X social media page, Fulham have reached an agreement with 22-year-old Norwegian winger Oscar Bobb from Manchester City.
It's reported that Fulham have managed to negotiate a permanent transfer, rather than a loan deal as Manchester City initially wanted. The transfer fee is set to be around £40 million, with the official signing expected to take place later this week.

Earlier reports indicated that Borussia Dortmund were also interested in Bobb, but it now appears the player will remain in the Premier League.
This season, Oscar Bobb has made 15 appearances, providing one assist.
Bobb's current contract with Manchester City runs until 2029, and according to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at €25 million.
