Morocco are preparing for their double-header against Niger, which will count towards the third and fourth matchdays of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. Head coach Mohamed Ouahbi will hold a press conference on Wednesday 4 November at 11 am at the Mohammed V Complex to announce the squad list.

According to reports, the Atlas Lions’ squad is set to feature two major comebacks. Lazio midfielder Reda Belahyane and Al-Ittihad centre-forward Youssef En-Nesyri are tipped to feature in this double-header. Belahyane has already been called up once, in 2024, whilst En-Nesyri is one of the national team’s mainstays with 92 caps.

Morocco will play both matches on home soil. The first match will take place on 13 November at the Mohammed V Complex in Casablanca, and the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat will host the second match on 17 November.
