Adingra begins to shine in France's Ligue 1
Second match, first feat
The Ivorian international scored a masterful brace for AS Monaco against FC Nantes.
In his second match with AS Monaco in France's Ligue 1 since arriving on loan from Sunderland, Simon Adingra made a name for himself in the most impressive way possible.
He led the Monegasque club to victory in front of their home crowd at the Stade Louis-II in the 22nd round of the French championship. Adingra struck early in the first half to put Monaco ahead of the visitors. He scored a resounding double in just three minutes (25th and 28th).
By opening the scoring against Nantes, the 24-year-old striker scored AS Monaco's 500th league goal at the Stade Louis-II since 2011.
