AC Milan is set to extend the contract of young forward Francesco Camarda, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The 16-year-old Camarda will sign a new deal with the Rossoneri by the end of this week, with an agreement already in place. The new contract will run until June 2027.

Camarda is the youngest player in Serie A history, having made his debut for Milan's first team against Fiorentina (1-0) at the age of 15 years, 8 months, and 15 days.

In the recently concluded season, the forward played eight matches for Milan's first team.

Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City, and PSG have all shown interest in Camarda, each willing to meet the young forward's financial demands. Transfermarkt values the prodigy at 10 million euros.

It was also reported that former Lille coach Paulo Fonseca is expected to take over Milan in the near future.
