Details: Today it was announced that 40-year-old Mexico and AEK Larnaca goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa will indeed travel to the 2026 World Cup.
Mexican head coach Javier Aguirre has included Ochoa in the final squad list for the upcoming tournament, giving Guillermo the chance to participate in his sixth World Cup.

It was also revealed that immediately after the 2026 World Cup, Ochoa will announce his retirement from both club and international football.
