Details: According to RMC Sport, Aston Villa is interested in the 28-year-old midfielder. Notably, a swap deal could be on the table, with Villa forward Jhon Durán potentially moving in the opposite direction, aligning the interests of both clubs.
By sending Asensio to Unai Emery's side, PSG could lower the asking price for the 21-year-old Colombian striker. However, for now, a swap deal is not officially under discussion.
Reminder: In PSG's last six matches since November 30, Asensio has played just eight minutes, spending the majority of the time on the bench.
