Kaizer Chiefs are gearing up for major squad changes ahead of the new South African Premier Division season. One of the key issues is the future of Rwanda’s national team first-choice goalkeeper, Fiacre Ntwari, who still doesn’t know where he’ll continue his career.

Although the shot-stopper joined the club from TS Galaxy just nine months ago and got off to a solid start in the spring of 2024, he hasn’t featured in the starting lineup since October. According to Soccer Laduma, the club’s management is considering selling him if a good offer comes in.

In parallel, the club is actively searching for a new goalkeeper. Among the candidates being considered are Stanley Nwabali (Chippa United) and Toaster Nsabata (Zesco United, Zambia). Clearly, Kaizer Chiefs are aiming for a major overhaul and the transfer window promises to be a scorcher.
