Tshepang Moremi, the talented winger from AmaZulu, has caught the eye of three South African football powerhouses — Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates, and Kaizer Chiefs.

According to Soccer Laduma, it’s the Pirates who are currently leading the race for his signature. Moremi, just 24 years old, has already made his mark in the top flight and, by many accounts, has yet to reach the peak of his career. A club insider revealed that the deal could hinge not only on financial terms but also on the possibility of a player swap.

“As I’ve said before, much will depend on how the negotiations unfold. AmaZulu may demand cash, or they could push for a player exchange. Everything will be decided when the parties finally sit down at the negotiating table.”

To recap, the 24-year-old forward scored 4 goals and provided 7 assists in the recently concluded season, helping his team secure a sixth-place finish in the league table. The striker has also earned a call-up to the South African national team for the fixtures against Tanzania and Mozambique.
