A new weapon for the Reds! Liverpool preparing a January move for Brentford striker
The Merseyside giants are aiming to add more firepower to their attack during the upcoming winter transfer window.
Details: Liverpool are seriously interested in signing 24-year-old Brentford forward Kevin Schade in January.
The Germany international is being considered by the club’s hierarchy as a potential addition to the squad managed by head coach Andoni Iraola. The Reds’ scouting department has been impressed by the player’s explosive pace over distance, aggressive pressing and versatility. Schade can operate equally effectively on either wing or through the middle, fully matching the Spanish coach’s tactical demands.
Brentford are fully aware of the growing interest from top clubs in their prized asset and are attempting to tie the forward down to an improved long-term contract. Nevertheless, the concrete interest from the Merseyside club could accelerate negotiations as early as the start of the winter window.
It is worth noting that Kevin Schade joined Brentford from German side Freiburg in 2023 for a club-record €25 million and is regularly called up to the Germany national team.
