"A lot of rumors": Roberto Carlos addresses gossip about moving to Real Madrid's training base
Recent reports suggested that former Real Madrid defender Roberto Carlos had moved to the club’s Valdebebas training base due to his ongoing divorce. The Brazilian has now broken his silence, addressing these rumors on his X account.
In a post, Carlos firmly denied the claims about living at Real Madrid's facility.
“In recent days, I have become aware of false and damaging stories circulating about me and my family. While I value privacy, I feel compelled to address the baseless rumors about my living situation. These fabricated stories are entirely false and seem designed to generate clicks.” Carlos stated.
He added that he is living in a private home and urged people to respect his personal life and avoid delving into private matters.
Carlos is currently going through a divorce from his long-time wife, Mariana Luccon, with whom he was married for 15 years. The couple has two children together.
The Brazilian legend has previously admitted to having nine other children with six different women worldwide.
