A gift for Farke: Leeds submit official bid to Wolves for Jørgen Strand Larsen. But what's the catch?
The Norwegian striker could be on the move this winter transfer window.
Details: According to renowned journalist and insider Ben Jacobs on his X social media page, Leeds have made an official offer to Wolverhampton for the 25-year-old Norwegian forward Jørgen Strand Larsen.
It is reported that the initial talks took place last week, but Wolves rejected Leeds' proposal, stating they would not accept less than £40 million for the transfer. Now, Leeds have made a second attempt to reach an agreement with Wolverhampton.

Besides Leeds, Crystal Palace are also closely monitoring Larsen, as they look for a replacement at centre-forward amid rumours of Mateta's departure.
Jørgen Strand Larsen joined Wolverhampton in July 2025 from Celta for €27 million. This season, Strand Larsen has played 24 matches for Wolves, scoring 6 goals and providing 2 assists.
Larsen's current contract with Wolves runs until 2030, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €40 million.
