The French wonderkid has become a coveted target for several Premier League clubs.
Details: According to Lequipe, London’s Chelsea have failed in their attempts to sign 17-year-old Saint-Étienne forward Djylian N'Guessan.

At the moment, Chelsea have paused their pursuit of Djylian in order to carefully weigh all the pros and cons. Besides Chelsea, Brentford and Arsenal are also closely monitoring the forward and are ready to join the race for N'Guessan.
N'Guessan is a product of the Saint-Étienne academy, and this move could become the first major transfer of his career.
The 17-year-old forward has made 10 appearances for Saint-Étienne’s first team, scoring one goal. His current contract with the club runs until 2027, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €2 million.
Reminder: Chelsea plan to move for another midfielder and a defender in the summer
