A day in history. Exactly 13 years ago, Aguero's legendary goal delivered Man City their first-ever Premier League title

May 13 will forever be a historic date in English football, and here's why.
Details: On this day, exactly 13 years ago, Manchester City became champions of England for the first time in their history. And they did it in legendary fashion.
On the final matchday of the Premier League, Manchester City absolutely needed to defeat Queens Park Rangers, provided Manchester United beat Sunderland. Sir Alex Ferguson's side secured a 1-0 victory and awaited news from the Etihad Stadium.
Manchester City took the lead in the 39th minute thanks to a goal from Pablo Zabaleta, but QPR, fighting for survival in the top flight, equalized early in the second half and then went ahead in the 66th minute.
It looked as though Manchester United would be crowned champions of England, but in the second minute of stoppage time, Edin Džeko leveled the score at 2-2. Roberto Mancini's side had three more minutes to rescue the title, and in the 90+4th minute, Sergio Agüero, set up by Mario Balotelli, scored the most iconic goal of his career.
Since then, Man City have gone on to win the Premier League seven more times.
