A blow for Newcastle... Tino Livramento sidelined long-term due to injury
The English full-back faces a lengthy recovery process.
Details: Today it was revealed that 23-year-old Newcastle right-back Tino Livramento is set to miss around 8 weeks with a hamstring injury.
Tino suffered the injury during the FA Cup Round of 32 clash against Bournemouth and was substituted in the 59th minute. After final examinations, the club’s medical staff delivered a disappointing verdict: a hamstring injury and at least 15 matches out of the squad.

Newcastle’s management has already begun searching for a replacement for Tino Livramento in the transfer market.
Livramento joined Newcastle in 2023 from Southampton for €37.2 million. This season, Livramento has made 19 appearances for Newcastle, providing one assist.
The defender’s current contract with the Magpies runs until 2028, and his market value is estimated at €40 million by Transfermarkt.
