Turkish side Fenerbahce has announced the launch of a unique project.
Details: According to Florian Plettenberg, first-team players will donate 1% of their salaries to support children from disadvantaged families.
The initiative has received full backing from the squad. The club plans to make this a permanent policy, requiring all new players to participate. Refusal to take part will be considered during transfers—social responsibility is now becoming a central pillar of the club's philosophy.
It's worth noting that Fenerbahce currently sits second in the Turkish Super Lig standings.
Reminder: Al-Ittihad rejected an offer from Fenerbahce for French holding midfielder N'Golo Kante.
