Details: According to renowned and respected journalist and insider Ekrem Konur on his X social media page, Borussia Dortmund have approached River Plate regarding the transfer of 19-year-old Argentine prodigy Ian Subiabre.

Reports indicate that Subiabre is seen as the perfect and long-term replacement for the departing Julian Brandt.

For their part, River Plate are not opposed to parting ways with their young talent, but have made it clear that a €100 million release clause will make negotiations far from easy for the Black and Yellows.

Besides Dortmund, both Barcelona and Atlético Madrid are closely monitoring Subiabre's progress.

This season, Subiabre has featured in 12 matches for River Plate's senior team, scoring 1 goal and providing 2 assists. His market value is currently estimated at €3.5 million by Transfermarkt.
