This week, the final matches of the UEFA Nations League took place. On Friday, November 22, the playoff draw for the tournament was held.

Details: A total of four draws were conducted for playoff matches across all divisions. Here are the draw results from our team:

League A Quarterfinals:

  • Netherlands vs. Spain
  • Croatia vs. France
  • Denmark vs. Portugal
  • Italy vs. Germany

In the semifinals, the winner of Italy/Germany will play against the winner of Denmark/Portugal, while the winners of Netherlands/Spain and Croatia/France will face each other.

League A/B Playoffs:

  • Turkey vs. Hungary
  • Ukraine vs. Belgium
  • Austria vs. Serbia
  • Greece vs. Scotland

Winners of their pairs will compete in the highest division of the next UEFA Nations League, while the losers will play in League B.

League B/C Playoffs:

  • Kosovo vs. Iceland
  • Bulgaria vs. Ireland
  • Armenia vs. Georgia
  • Slovakia vs. Slovenia

Winners of their pairs will advance to League B in the next UEFA Nations League, while the losers will compete in League C.

League C/D Playoffs:

  • Gibraltar vs. Latvia
  • Malta vs. Luxembourg

Winners of their pairs will advance to League C in the next UEFA Nations League, while the losers will remain in League D.

Seeded teams will play at home in the second-leg matches. In the quarterfinals, group winners cannot face a second-placed team from their group.

Reminder: The playoff matches will take place from May 20 to 25, 2025, alongside the League A quarterfinals.

The final stage of League A will be held in June 2025, with the semifinals, third-place match, and final scheduled from June 4 to 8.

The current UEFA Nations League champion is Spain. Previous winners include Portugal (2019) and France (2021).
