For many fans, the dream of witnessing the tournament’s biggest match is turning into a financial nightmare.

Details: According to RMC Sport, just days before Sunday’s World Cup final, there are virtually no tickets left on the resale market. The cheapest seats now fetch €4,451, while the most expensive listings have rocketed to a staggering €188,803.

The Spanish Football Federation has fiercely criticized this pricing policy, denouncing the current situation as scandalous and unacceptable.

The organization emphasized that many Spanish supporters are making enormous financial sacrifices to attend the decisive match. Besides the ticket itself, fans are also facing hefty costs for flights and accommodation in New York.

For comparison, the original official federation quota offered tickets for the final ranging from $4,185 to $8,680. FIFA had warned, however, that prices could change during subsequent sales phases.

The World Cup final will take place on Sunday, July 19, at the New York/New Jersey stadium.

Reminder: First finalist of the 2026 FIFA World Cup confirmed.
