Montenegro: a perfect start and three straight wins
Mirko Vučinić's side have made an excellent start to the current Nations League campaign and are yet to drop a point. In the opening round, Montenegro beat Cyprus 2-1 before edging past Armenia 3-2. The Montenegrins had to come from behind twice in that match, with Aleksa Latković scoring the decisive goal in the 89th minute.
In the previous round, Montenegro extended their winning run by beating Latvia 2-1 thanks to a brace from Vasilije Adžić. Vučinić's team are now unbeaten in their last five matches in all competitions, with four of those games ending in victory. The only concern is their defence: Montenegro have conceded at least once in each of their three Nations League matches.
Armenia: a strong start followed by two defeats
Armenia began the tournament confidently, beating Latvia 2-0 thanks to goals from Georgiy Harutyunyan and Artur Garibyan. However, the team failed to build on that success and lost 2-3 to Montenegro in the next round, despite taking the lead twice during the match. Another defeat followed, this time a 0-2 loss to Cyprus.
As a result, Armenia have collected just three points after three matches and are already well behind leaders Montenegro. Squad problems are making matters even more difficult: Edgar Sevikyan will miss the game through suspension, while Artem Bandikyan picked up an injury in the previous match. Improving defensive solidity is particularly important for the team, as they have conceded five goals in their last two rounds.

Group leaders can extend their winning run: prediction for Montenegro vs Armenia
Montenegro currently look far more stable and confident. Vučinić's team score regularly, make good use of their chances and have already beaten Armenia in the current campaign.
Armenia can pose a threat in attack, but their recent matches have exposed weaknesses in defence. Considering their current form and home advantage, Montenegro look like the favourites to win.
