I believe all signs point to a high-scoring encounter. Werder matches often feature plenty of goals, and with their recent defensive struggles, we can expect those issues to resurface here. At the same time, Bremen are more than capable of creating chances up front. With that in mind, my prediction is over 2.5 total goals.
