Zirkzee could leave Man United as early as winter. He is of interest to a top Serie A club
The story of Dutch forward Joshua Zirkzee at Manchester United might turn out to be rather short-lived.
Details: According to Calciomercato, the forward, who only moved to Old Trafford from Bologna this summer, could leave the club as early as winter.
The "Red Devils" are willing to loan Zirkzee with an option to buy, and Juventus has shown interest. The Turin club is coached by Thiago Motta, who successfully managed Zirkzee last season at Bologna.
Zirkzee is reportedly open to a return to Italy to reunite with Motta.
It is noted that Manchester United is dissatisfied with the level Zirkzee has displayed, prompting the club to focus on Rasmus Højlund. Next summer, they are expected to pursue RB Leipzig's Benjamin Šeško.
Reminder: In 11 appearances for Manchester United, Zirkzee has scored just one goal.
