Zimbabwean Players Shine Across Leagues: Dube Leads Young Africans Comeback
In the final seconds of Young Africans' 1-1 tie with TP Mazembe in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Prince Dube scored a vital equalizer, resuming his scoring ways in the CAF Champions League. Prior to Dube's heroics in the closing minutes, Mazembe had seized the lead in the first half.
In Scotland, Tawanda Maswanhise provided an assist in Motherwell’s thrilling 4-3 victory over Dundee. The midfielder played until the 70th minute before being substituted.
Elsewhere, Tendayi Darikwa registered an assist in Lincoln City’s 2-2 draw with Huddersfield Town in English League One, while Andy Rinomhota returned to Cardiff City’s starting XI, completing the full match in their 2-2 draw with Stoke City in the Championship.
