Zimbabwean Lucien Mahovo Shines on Full Norwich City Debut in 5-1 Victory

Lucien Mahovo made his complete Norwich City debut on Saturday, defeating Swansea City 5–1 in the English Championship. The young Zimbabwean defender play 65 minute at left back, putting forth great effort.

Mahovo, who signed a long term contract deal with Norwich earlier this month, was promoted to the starting line up a little over a week after arriving from Notts County. Despite initial jitters, he helped Norwich rebound from 2 consecutive defeats, contributing to commanding victory at Carrow Road.

Mahovo admits to being worried about his debut, but relished the challenge, thanking his manager Johannes Hoff Thorup with helping him keep cool. Mahovo who's only 19, has quickly risen to become one of Norwich most recent first team players.
