Zamalek Secure CAF Confederation Cup Quarterfinal Spot with Convincing Win

At Cairo International Stadium on Sunday, Zamalek SC defeated Mozambique's Black Bulls 3-1 to guarantee their place in the CAF Confederation Cup quarterfinals. With 11 points from this victory, Zamalek leads Group D and will advance to the next round.
Hossam Ashraf was the star of the match, scoring two quick goals in the 51st and 53rd minutes to give Zamalek the lead. Black Bulls managed to score one goal through Ejaita Ifoni in the 62nd minute, but Ahmed Sayed Zizo made sure of the win with a calm finish in the 83rd minute.
Although Zamalek had control of the game early on, they missed some chances. However, they showed their attacking strength in the second half. The Egyptian team also defended well against Black Bulls' attacks, with goalkeeper Mohamed Awad making important saves.
With this result, Black Bulls stay at the bottom of Group D with only four points. The fight for the second quarterfinal spot is still on, with Al Masry and Enyimba still in the running.
