Zamalek SC is preparing for a mass departure of its players.

A source within Zamalek has revealed that the club's management has decided to offload foreign players Seif Jaziri, Ahmed El-Ghazzali, and Hamza Mathlouthi in the current transfer window. The planning committee is working to rebuild a competitive squad ahead of the 2025-26 season to restore balance domestically and continentally.
Jaziri Nears Exit Amid Strong Interest
Tunisian international Seifeddine Jaziri is close to leaving Zamalek, with the club evaluating offers—either permanent or loan deals—for the striker. His recent dip in form has prompted Zamalek to seek reinforcements upfront, and the marketing committee has been instructed to assess incoming bids.
Midfield Overhaul: Five Players Facing Departure
Reports suggest Zamalek’s midfield will also see changes, with up to five players potentially on their way out due to limited playing time or unconvincing performances. The likely departures include:
Seif Farouk Jaafar – Struggled for minutes and could be sold.
Mohamed Atef – Lacked sufficient opportunities to prove himself.
Mahab Yasser – Another fringe player with minimal involvement.
Ziad Kamal – Failed to impress after arriving on loan from Enppi.
Ahmed Mahmoud – The right-back may be loaned out for more experience.
Zamalek’s restructuring aims to strengthen key areas before the new campaign kicks off.
