Young Barcelona player could move to the Premier League!
London's Fulham is actively searching for options to strengthen their back line ahead of the new Premier League season. The Cottagers' new head coach, Álvaro Arbeloa, has shown personal interest in the young full-back from Barcelona.
Details: According to the Spanish outlet Diario SPORT, Fulham has already inquired about the financial terms of a potential transfer for 20-year-old right-back Héctor Fort. The English club is considering both a permanent move and a full-season loan deal for the player. Fulham's boss, Álvaro Arbeloa, knows the Spaniard's potential well from his performances in La Liga.
Héctor Fort is a product of the famed La Masia academy. Last season, the young defender was on loan at Elche, where he gained valuable game time and delivered standout performances in the league. Fort's current contract with Barcelona runs until the summer of 2029, and reputable portal Transfermarkt values his market worth at €12 million.
In the 2025/26 season, Fort played in 17 matches across all competitions, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
