Scandalous welterweight fighter Ryan Garcia commented on Joseph Biden's decision to withdraw from the upcoming U.S. presidential election.

“Let's celebrate, yay! Bring whoever you want, Donald Trump is going to win. I'm actually very happy,” Garcia wrote on Instagram.

On Sunday, July 21, Joseph Biden announced that he would not run for another presidential term. Biden supported the idea of having Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic presidential nominee.
