Yan Diomandé has been named the Bundesliga’s Best Young Player of the Season following a sensational breakthrough campaign with RB Leipzig.

The 19-year-old Ivorian forward enjoyed a remarkable season in the German top flight, establishing himself as one of the league’s brightest young talents with a series of outstanding performances.

Diomandé beat strong competition from Luka Vušković of Hamburger SV and Ibrahim Maza of Bayer 04 Leverkusen to claim the prestigious award.

The talented winger finished the 2025/26 Bundesliga season with 12 goals and eight assists in 33 league appearances for RB Leipzig, playing a key role in the club’s campaign.
