Yan Diomande achieves a feat in the Bundesliga

The Ivory Coast international has become the youngest player (under 20) to score the most goals against a single opponent in a single season in the German league.

Yan Diomande continues to make his mark in the German Bundesliga. The 19-year-old Ivorian is proving increasingly decisive for RB Leipzig. On Saturday 18 April, he found the net once again on matchday 30 of the league.

He opened the scoring for Leipzig against Eintracht Frankfurt in the 27th minute. This goal has propelled Yan Diomande into the history books of the German league. This is the fourth time this season that the Ivorian striker has found the net against Eintracht Frankfurt. This feat makes him the youngest player under the age of 20 to achieve this against the same opponent in a single season.

Yan Diomande now has 12 goals and six assists in 29 German Bundesliga appearances.
