Xavi was unhappy with Barcelona's victory

Barcelona coach Xavi was dissatisfied with the way his team played with Almeria in the match of the 18th round of the Spanish championship.

The Catalans won with a score of 3:2, although they could have won a more confident victory, says the coach, quoted by Barça Universal.

“The meeting should have ended with a score of 2:0 or 3:0, but the team does not show the same spirit that it had in the championship season.

What I see is that we lack aggression and concentration, and this is unacceptable. We gave Almeria two goals and that sums up our whole season in a nutshell,” said the coach.

It is reasonable to mention that based on the results of 18 rounds, the Catalans are only in third place in the standings. They are six points behind the leading Girona, although the leader has a game in hand. In second place is Real Madrid, which is two points behind first place.
