Xavi is an excellent coach. Ancelotti supported the Barcelona coach

Carlo Ancelotti, currently leading Real Madrid, expressed supportive words for his colleague, backing Barcelona's manager Xavi Hernandez.

The Italian specialist believes Xavi is capable of dealing with criticism aimed at him following his team's disappointing recent results. Ancelotti's words were reported by Marca.

"I cannot say in which club in the world it is the most difficult to work.

In general, it is normal for a coach to face criticism. You have to accept it.

Whether the criticism is fair or not, coaches will be judged by the result, regardless of their methods or ability to manage players. It all depends on whether they win or not, and we have to accept that.

Xavi knows all of this and knows how to handle it. He is a good coach," - said Ancelotti.

To recap, the Catalan team lost their last two matches. In La Liga, Barcelona was defeated by Girona, and unexpectedly lost to modest Antwerp in the UEFA Champions League. Xavi's team will play their next match today away against Valencia, with the kickoff scheduled at 21:00 Central European Time.
