WOW. Turkey scores the fastest goal in the Euro play-offs

On Tuesday, July 2, the Round of 16 match between Austria and Turkey took place. This was the final match of this stage, determining the last quarter-finalist.

The match began in incredible fashion. Within the first minute, Turkey took the lead. Merih Demiral scored a goal for the Turkish national team at the 58-second mark. This goal became the fastest in the history of the European Championship playoffs, breaking the previous record held by Robert Lewandowski.
