Wow! Netflix announced a series about one of the best coaches in football history

Next year, a documentary series about one of the greatest football coaches in history, José Mourinho, will be released on the streaming platform Netflix.

The release of the series will coincide with the anniversary of Porto's legendary victory in the 2003/04 UEFA Champions League, which marked the beginning of Mourinho's subsequent illustrious career.

It is reported that Netflix was inspired to create the Mourinho series by the success of the series about David Beckham, which premiered last year.

Following his triumph with Porto, Mourinho went on to win 26 different trophies. His most recent coaching position was with Roma, prior to which the Portuguese tactician managed Chelsea, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Manchester United, and Tottenham Hotspur.

In addition to the Mourinho documentary, Netflix will also release a documentary film titled "Final: Attack on Wembley," set to premiere in May 2024.
