Wow! Golf star Billy Horschel chases away an alligator from the golf course
An astonishing incident occurred yesterday at the PGA National golf course in Florida — a real alligator emerged from a nearby water body onto the course! Before the situation could get too serious, golfer Billy Horschel took charge, calmly and confidently approaching the creature and driving it off the course!
The video shows Horschel taking his club, approaching the alligator, and gently nudging it to change its direction. He then followed the alligator, herding it until it disappeared back into the waters of the pond.
As it turns out, Horschel has been dealing with alligators since childhood. He shared that his father would even grab them by the tail to drag them back into the water! Well, now it's clear where he gets his courage and composure from!
“I’m not afraid of ‘gators’. Listen, as I tell most people, I said, they’re more afraid of you. The majority of the time they’re only going to come after you during mating season where they’re a little aggressive and then if you’re around their nest when they’ve got some eggs. The majority of the time, they’re fine.,” Horschel stated.
