Polish tennis player and world number one Iga Świątek won another Grand Slam tournament at the French Open.

This victory marked Świątek's fourth career win on the clay courts of Paris. In the final match, she faced Italian Jasmine Paolini, who was playing in her first Grand Slam final.

Paolini was unable to put up a fight against her opponent in the decisive match. The match ended in two sets with a confident victory for the Polish athlete. Świątek lost her serve first in the opening set but didn't drop another game afterward, winning 6-2. In the second set, Iga gave her opponent no chances, allowing only one game. The match ended with an easy victory for the Polish tennis player.
