William Osula close to joining Eintracht from Newcastle

Details: According to renowned journalist Ekrem Konur, 22-year-old Danish striker William Osula from Newcastle is set to sign with German side Eintracht Frankfurt in the near future.

Reports indicate that Eintracht will bring Osula in on loan with an option to buy, with the move scheduled for this winter transfer window.

During the previous summer transfer window, Eintracht had already been in talks with Osula over a potential transfer, but back then, the German club failed to reach an agreement with Newcastle.

Osula joined Newcastle in the summer of 2024 from Sheffield United for €11 million. He has made 33 appearances for the Magpies, scoring 5 goals and providing 3 assists.

He is under contract with Newcastle until 2029, and his market value is estimated at €15 million by Transfermarkt.
