Mbappé assured everyone that he currently feels great and that there is no threat to his knee:
"My knee is fine. There has been a lot of speculation and false rumors. I am 100% recovered. In Paris, I was given the correct diagnosis," Mbappé stated.
In early March, Mbappé was diagnosed with a knee injury that sparked debate both in the media and among fans. Some believed that Mbappé should fully recover and refrain from playing for Real to avoid a relapse and missing the upcoming World Cup. Others, however, argued that the injury was not too serious and that, as a professional, he could not turn his back on his club, even for the national team.
This season, Mbappé has played 35 matches for Real, scoring 38 goals and providing 6 assists.
Reminder: Wow! Mbappé and Bellingham took part in training at the Etihad. Comeback incoming?
