Inter may enter the race for Strasbourg defender Gela Doué if the club fails to complete the transfer of Anan Khalaili. The Israeli footballer encountered issues during his medical, putting the deal in jeopardy.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, if the Khalaili transfer ultimately collapses, Inter will shift their focus to the older brother of PSG star Désiré Doué. The Strasbourg defender is also on AC Milan’s radar, setting up a potential head-to-head battle between the Milan giants for the Ivory Coast international.
Following Denzel Dumfries’ departure to Real Madrid, the Milan club is actively searching for reinforcements on the right side of defense. Initially, Marco Palestra from Atalanta was seen as the prime candidate, but the defender ultimately joined Chelsea.
