Will he deliver the hot dog? FIFA president reveals what he would do if someone buys a $2 million ticket

The final stage of the 2026 World Cup is approaching, and some match tickets are expected to reach astronomical prices. Speculators have already begun buying and reselling tickets at massive markups.

Details: FIFA president Gianni Infantino stated that if someone purchases a $2 million ticket for a World Cup match, he would personally deliver food and drinks to them.

Quote: “If someone buys a World Cup ticket for $2 million, I will personally bring them a Coke and a hot dog so they have an unforgettable experience. Just because people are reselling them for that price does not mean they are actually worth it,” said Infantino.

We previously reported that FIFA president Gianni Infantino officially confirmed that Iran’s national team will participate in the upcoming World Cup. The head of the organization dismissed any doubts regarding the team’s admission, stating that Iran’s players will compete at the tournament this summer.

Reminder: After FIFA president Gianni Infantino firmly declared that Iran would take part in the World Cup and play its matches on U.S. soil despite threats from Donald Trump, the President of the United States did not remain silent and also responded to Infantino’s remarks.
