Who will Messi play against? All CONCACAF Champions Cup quarter-finalists have been decided

Yesterday in North America, the last matches of the CONCACAF Champions Cup Round of 16 took place. As a result, four teams from Mexico, three representatives from MLS, and one team from Costa Rica remain in contention for the trophy.

Inter Miami, featuring Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba, will face Mexican side Monterrey in the quarterfinals. Monterrey has won this tournament five times in the past.

The CONCACAF Champions Cup quarterfinal matchups are as follows

• Pachuca (Mexico) – Herediano (Costa Rica)
• Club America (Mexico) – New England Revolution (USA)
• Columbus Crew (USA) – Tigres (Mexico)
• Monterrey (Mexico) – Inter Miami (USA)

The quarterfinal matches will take place on April 2 and April 9.

It's worth noting that the winner of the CONCACAF Champions Cup will be the fourth participant from the CONCACAF region in the 2025 Club World Cup. Monterrey, Seattle, and Leon have already secured their spots in the tournament.
