The Real Madrid jersey has become the most coveted sports item of 2025. According to a study by Euroméricas Sport Marketing, Los Blancos became the first club to sell more than 3 million kits in 2025. The exact number is an impressive 3,133,000 shirts sold.
The main driving forces behind this surge in demand are the team’s superstars — Kylian Mbappé and Vinícius Júnior. This achievement also carries significant financial weight: marketing has become Real Madrid’s largest revenue stream. In the 2024/2025 season, the club earned €506.2 million, with 43% of that coming from marketing income — an increase of more than 18% compared to the previous year.
When it comes to kit sales, Madrid confidently outpaces its nearest rivals — Barcelona, PSG, Bayern, and Inter Miami. Each of these clubs sold more than two million shirts. The global top 10 also includes Boca Juniors, Manchester United, Flamengo, Chelsea, and Al Nassr — all surpassing the one million mark in shirts sold.
